{"id":10520,"date":"2025-08-01T10:35:58","date_gmt":"2025-08-01T02:35:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/feb.untad.ac.id\/?p=10520"},"modified":"2025-08-01T10:36:55","modified_gmt":"2025-08-01T02:36:55","slug":"pemkot-feb-untad-kembangkan-central-business-di-untad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/feb.untad.ac.id\/?p=10520","title":{"rendered":"Pemkot-FEB UNTAD Kembangkan Central Business di Untad"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>        Palu- Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Palu akan mengembangkan Central Business dengan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis di Universitas Tadulako (Untad).<br>        Wali Kota Palu, Hadianto Rasyid SE, didampingi Dekan FEB, Prof Wahyuningsih SE M.Sc Ph.D, telah meninjau tempat sementara Central Business di area Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Untad pada Kamis, 31 Juli 2025. \u201cPemkot Palu siap mendukung pengembangan center bisnis di Untad,\u201d kata Hadianto.<br>        Namun ia meminta Dekan FEB agar menyiapkan lokasi yang lebih strategis agar mudah dijangkau masyarakat. Hadianto menyarankan lokasi Central Business di bagian depan kampus Untad.<br>        Dekan FEB Prof Wahyuningsih menyatakan akan menyanggupi saran Wali Kota Palu. Ia setuju agar Central Business lebih mudah dijangkau pembeli. \u201cBisnis center ini yang pertama nanti mau dibangunkan gedungnya dulu. Di situlah nanti tempat aktivitas wirausaha baru atau entrepreneur baru yang dari mahasiswa maupun yang sudah ada usaha,\u201d jelas Dekan.<br>        \u201cJadi nanti semua akan kita tuangkan dalam MoU, termasuk untuk bantuan permodalan dari pemerintah dan perbankan,\u201d tambah Prof Wahyuningsih.<br>        Usai meninjau, Wali Kota Hadianto memberikan materi kepada mahasiswa baru. Turut hadir Rektor Prof Amar, Ketua Senat Prof Djayani Nurdin, jajaran wakil rektor dan beberap dekan. Dalam kesempatannya, wali kota memaparkan materi dengan topik \u201cYang Muda Berkarya, Kreatif dan Berdampak\u201d. Hadianto mendorong mahasiswa baru bisa menjadi sumber daya yang hebat dalam pembangunan Kota Palu, Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. \u201cSekarang yang penting anak-anakku fokus dulu kuliah biar cepat selesai.
